Our pricing is open and transparent. We have two plans available, an annual subscription or a monthly 30-day rolling plan. Both plans come with the £0.89p per transfer fee (unless you are enrolled as a PCN, then the transfer fee is £0.79p), which is payable monthly via Direct Debit, that's it – no hidden costs or restrictions.

We are pleased to announce we have released a new PCN pricing model. If all member surgeries within your PCN sign up to an annual subscription, you will all qualify for a new transfer rate fixed at £0.79p, rather than the standard £0.89p! We have two options for billing, we can either produce one single invoice for the PCN or invoice each surgery independently based on their usage, but still at the reduced rate, whatever works best for you and your PCN setup. When signing up, please detail which PCN you are from and once all member surgeries have signed up, the discounted rate will begin.
